An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Professional within Leonardo Cyber Security Solutions Division who is looking for their next step up the career ladder. The role is based at our offices in Bristol (hybrid working) and travel will be required to other UK company and client locations.
Typical accountabilities and responsibilities are as follows:
Accountable for Contracts Management for (minimum) a single IPT (Sector) or Category.
Provide leadership and governance in business winning and programme delivery or in field of expertise and specialism.
Develop and implement complex approaches and business solutions plus corresponding risk management approaches.
Promotion of customer/supplier intimacy, internally and externally.
Work with other functions to deliver sound, innovative solutions and compelling offerings.
Negotiate complex agreements and risk/reward mechanisms for business case models .
Ensure contractual commitments are clear and unambiguous and within delegated authority.
Ensure the business area adheres to functional governance and business processes and directives.
Development and management of personnel.
Responsible for the delivery of inputs for management reports and business inputs for business reviews.
In particular the role requires the incumbent to acknowledge and consistently deliver against the following criteria:
Delivery against personal, team and functional objectives to meet the integrated business plan.
Timely and accurate preparation of all business review inputs;
Delivery of KPI targets within Demonstrated. Performance Review at Sector or Category level.
Provision of sustainable solutions to support the achievement of the IBP.
Adherence to functional specific life cycle management, business process and governance requirements.
