Lending Consultant/Underwriter/CCA/MCOB/TCF/Policy
A retail Banking client requires a Lending Consultant/Underwriter to join their Credit Team on an initial 3 month contract paying £360 per day. You will be dealing with complex customer queries and delivering specialist underwriting services, sanctioning unsecured loans of up to £35,000 and secured loans up to £75,000.
The successful Lending Consultant/Underwriter will also undertake the supervision and management of a small team from time to time and must have an in-depth understanding of CCA, MCOB, TCF and other related Regulations.
The Lending Consultant/Underwriter will meet the following:
Excellent understanding of CCA, MCOB, TCF and other related Regulations
Previous underwriting experience, preferably unsecured loans up to £35,000 and secured loans up to £75,000
Previous experience supervising and managing small teams
Previous Retail Banking experience
Debt Service and Analysis experience preferential
Strong Data Gathering skills
