Legionella Risk Assessor

Our client, an exceptional market leading company in their field are currently seeking an experienced Risk Assessor to join their growing team.

You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a similar role. You will have a very good understanding of current legislation and guidance outlined in the Approved code of Practice L8 4th edition, as well as the Health and Safety at work Act 1974 and COSHH regulations 2002. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high degree of organisation, time management and a thorough understanding of domestic and commercial water systems. You will also posses a City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing or equivalent.

This role is predominantly field based and may from time to time require you to work away as and when the business needs require. In return, our client is offering a competitive salary package and excellent working environment with good career progression and security.

Responsibilities
• Carry out the Legionella risk assessment on customer premises in accordance with
current legislation and guidance.
• Complete the Legionella risk assessment report using official documentation and
risk
assessor packs
• Produce suitable schematic diagrams of all water systems assessed
• Complete all works within the required time frame and Key Performance indicators
• Lease with the client and water consultant, and communicate any early warning
reports
discovered during the risk assessment
• Write accurate and legible records and reports for submission to the
administration
department in line with company key performance indicators
• Carry out all works in line with company servicing standards and the health and
safety policy
• Comply with any special instructions laid down in the customer work orders
