We are currently recruiting for an several experienced family law legal executives or solicitors to work a local traditional high street law firms with an established client base.

• You will take responsibility for your own caseload of private family matters including divorce, finance, and children.
• You’ll be able to work with full autonomy, have full secretarial support, and work closely with the partners within the firm to further develop the family department.

The ideal candidate for the role of family law legal executive will have

• 2 years PQE within Family law with the ability to hit the ground running.
• Experienced in meeting with and advising clients and assisting them through the family law legal process and have practical experience of the advocacy and practical processes that are involved
• A good degree of exposure to a wide range of family law work previously, including Legal Aid and privately funded work
• Accreditation with the Family Law Panel (Advanced Scheme) (preferred)
• Be confident at drafting legal paperwork and be able to negotiate on your clients behalf with third parties
• Experienced with IT packages including legal case management systems and Microsoft office packages
