Over recent years Personal Injury and Road Traffic accident claims have boomed with more and more people having successful claims. Due to this Legal companies like my client in Wilmslow are inundated with a heavy work load which means a few things – they need more people and there’s more commission to be paid!
RTA Fee Earners like you will have already started your career in this field and will have a minimum of 12 months experience. This is a great time to join a fast paced dynamic company where there is plenty of money to be made. You will be working for one of the best in the business delivering the best service to adhere with their current reputation.
This is largely a customer facing role working with clients using the latest technology and case management software. To be able to get off to a good start you will need to be familiar with handling RTA claims.
What will be expected from you as the new RTA Fee Earner!
• Taking calls from new and existing clients
• Opening new claims
• Carrying out investigations and risk assessment of new claims
• Submission of CNF to the portal
• Conducting cases through stages 1 and 2 of Ministry of Justice Portal
• Collecting supporting documentation for claims
• Good level of negotiation skill
