Learning Support Assistant – about the role:

As the Successful Learning Support Assistant, you will be required to support a young girl in Year 1 who has learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
The child is generally well behaved however; she does have her moment due to being at a lower level than the other pupils.
You may also be asked to help with running interventions and helping the class teacher to with extracurricular activities and supporting the child on school trips.
