Our client is a Top UK law firm offering a full range of services with several offices across the UK. This Learning Development Coordinator opportunity is based in their Cardiff office but will assist in training across all UK sites. The ideal Learning Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting performance and progression of teams having experience developing and delivering training across a range of areas and working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure implementing effective learning initiatives.

Learning Development Coordinator Role
- Collaborating with stakeholders identifying key learning needs & objectives
- Designing and developing engaging programs, workshops, and materials
- Delivering in person and remote sessions across the services within the firm
- Adapting training methods accommodating learning styles & preferences
- Assist developing and maintaining digital resources for further support.
- Regular analysis identifying skill gaps and training opportunities, tailoring solutions.
- Own personal development staying updated with industry trends, best practices and innovations in learning and development.
Learning Development Coordinator skills and experience
- Proven experience in instructional design & facilitation
- Understanding of professional service environment
- Innovative and dynamic approach in addressing skill gaps.
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess learning needs and measuring of effectiveness.
