You will be an experienced Learning and Development professional who will work collaboratively with the Talent Development team and colleagues at all levels of the organisation to support the delivery of our training plans and initiatives to ensure compliance with mandatory training as well as development programmes throughout the organisation. Main Responsibilities
As a critical member of the team, the L&D function co-ordinates and manages all training and learning activities within the UK, liaising with internal stakeholders across the different business units as well as building and maintaining relationships with our external suppliers who support our training needs across the business.  You will be business partnering, co-ordinating and managing of daily training requests and development needs for all employees.  You will be working with the team and Talent Development Manager in implementing the L&D strategy whilst being a proactive and key member of the L&D team, and wider HR team in ensuring the L&D & HR function operate an effective support service within the organisation

The Ideal Candidate
You will have experience of working within an L&D/Training function in a consultative or specialist role as well as knowledge and understanding of Learning and Development, including the full training/learning cycle.  You will have the ability to identify needs and propose effective solutions to learning and development and be proficient in the use of computer systems such as Word, Excel, Email and Powerpoint.  You will have excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets as well as experience of working with Learning Management Systems and learning technology platforms including data and reporting functionalities
