Lead Software Engineer – PHY, 5G

Lead Software Engineer with advanced skills in wireless communications physical layer signal processing required by market leading engineering company specializing in 5G technology development.

The Lead Engineer will join and provide technical leadership to an established team of high performing engineers developing groundbreaking hardware technologies for the telecommunications sectors.

Key skills:
– Expertise in C / C++, x86 Assembly Language
– Experience within PHY layer wireless communications signal processing
– Embedded Linux / device driver development experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Educated to degree level (or above) in a scientific, mathematical or engineering subject

Desirable skills:
– Any experience within 5G 3GPP standards would be useful, although not essential
