Projects

You’ll be working on a truly exciting area of the business which will require someone to have strong experience working within with Mobile Apps. Outside the other ongoing projects, this app enhances the current products and will focus on preventative healthcare and staying healthy. The plan is to educate customers with relevant and supportive content, that is tailored to the individuals’ goals. An app that becomes people’s personal health coach or assistant helps them understand the how, what, and why, in combination with the other services. The app will have the ability to connect customers to service providers, collect data to ensure every piece of advice is personalised to the extent of telling you what doing X can lead to in detail about you personally. The end goal is to keep people engaged and influence the longevity of the wellness of customers.

On a day to day

You’ll be reporting to the Head of Product Development, and working with the wider Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

* You’ll be heading up a product function, with senior designers, product designers,s and product owners, they will be responsible for being the voice of the customer.

* You’ll be working closely with the head of engagement, who looks after the user research. Together you’ll be working on new and existing features.

* You’ll ensure surveys are being adequately distributed, a system will be put in place to automate this.

* You’ll be responsible for requirements, user stories definition, and prioritization and your team will translate those into user flows, however, you’ll be responsible for the final product and say including wire-framing. You’ll also identify common user journeys.

* Your role will be 30% customer-facing (understanding customer needs) and 70% managing the delivery and creating the “how” for your team.

* You’ll be working with marketing to ensure everything is aligned, including the support team to understand what documentation or features are being supported.

* You’ll be responsible for product analytics to help interpret data (they use tableau and google analytics) to review things like track activations, and feed maps.

Essentials

* Mobile or App experience

* End to end experience taking products from discovery to delivery

* Management and direct reports

* Experience in interpreting product analytics
