Salary: £26,000 per year
An established UK-wide company are now looking for a Lead IT Support Technician to join them based on their West Yorkshire office. You will support all internal systems including network, Cloud Services and Desktop Services around all the Global Offices.
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Setup New Starters as per the company procedure & decommission as per company procedure.
Build a Roadmap showing a 12-month plan outlining improvements & cost savings.
Be a key decision maker for internal systems with robust case presented for any iterations.
Assist with the ISO27001 implementation in 2021 working with a 3rd party consultant for delivery.
Troubleshooting Technical Issues
Manage & preform system migrations.
Skills and Experience Include:
VMware
Windows Server
Office 365
Hands on Meraki & or Cisco Networking knowledge & experience
Proven experience developing strategic system architecture plans.
