Lead Designer
Job Description
People’s Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Lead Designer.
This role is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate working both at home and in the office.
Main Purpose:
This role is responsible for providing creative direction to our design team, creating high-quality design solutions, and protecting the visual identity of our brand.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a design team.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
- Ability to animate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Understanding of industry trends and design best practices.
- Project management skills to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
