Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, the L&D Training Business Partner will be responsible for:
- bringing the training function in-house from an external provider and integrating into the culture of the organisation
- writing and building training material for staff at all levels from entry level to management/leadership level
- developing and influencing relationships with the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate the development of culture and discussion around training for the organisation
- delivering training to staff both in-person and online
Profile
The successful L&D Training Business Partner will have a background working in a similar senior role building and developing training programmes and functions.
You will need to be someone who has previous experience and success of dealing with senior leadership teams to influence and develop the L&D / training department. This role will require you to attend board meetings.
It is essential that you have led on developing training programmes, delivering and facilitating training.
You must be available to work on a fixed term contract.
Job Offer
A salary of £50,000 – £55,000 dependant on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
If the roll-out of this in-house function is successful, there is the potential opportunity for this role to become permanent.
