Launch Coordinator

Salary: £27,600 – £29,400 per year

As a Launch Coordinator, your role will be to support the Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams by ensuring the Development Project Management System is updated at all times and customer projects are delivered.

• Progress the critical path activities, from product approval, for all customer development projects ensuring that projects are successfully delivered on time and in full
• Liaise with Packaging and external sources to ensure the artwork process is managed end to end
• Collaboratively work with Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial to identify realistic launch programmes and volumes
• Manage the interface with all relevant internal functions to ensure successful launches and achievement of launch path
• Forecast and budget input the creation of dummy bills of materials
• Minimising stock write off’s of all packaging materials when products delist or when EPD takes place on existing lines
• Liaison with customers where relevant to deliver successful launches in line with the critical path

This role will require 2/3 days on site each week, with the flexibility to work from home for the rest of the week.

• Organised and diligent with an eye for detail
• High level of numeracy and computer skills – in particular Excel and Word
• Strong time management
