Job Term; Full time position on temporary on-going basis. Will become permanent for the right person.

Location; Newcastle Under Lyme/ Stoke on Trent

Remuneration; £26,000

Working hours; 8:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday, Overtime available each week for volunteers.

Holidays; 29 days a year.

Leading industrial recruitment agency Gap Personnel based in Buxton is working in a partnership with their client based in Newcastle Under Lyme. Our client is representing fastly growing manufacturing business which is specialising in the design, manufacture and erection of architectural cladding and structural precast concrete components. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain further experience and use their skills in manufacturing industry. Initial induction, H&S training, on the job training and PPE will be provided.

The job purpose is to;

•Produce high quality bespoke precast concrete components.
•Finish components according to client specification.
•Work of drawings and instructions.
•Work well in team.
•Conduct quality checks.
•Operate machinery – training provided on Overhead Crane and FLT Counterbalance.

The candidate;

•Must be able to multi-skill, be hardworking and have attention to detail.
•Must be able to maintain good timekeeping and attendance record.
•Able to carry out manual work.
•Have practical skills.
•Be able to use manual tools and measuring equipment.
•CSCS card NOT required but would be an advantage.
•Experience in building, manufacturing or similar role will be an advantage.

This position offers regular hours and work stability. Immediate start for the appropriate candidate.
