As Labour Model Analyst you will be central in supporting our business in delivery of a fully demand driven workforce. Reporting to the Productivity Manager, you will work in a team of workforce specialist who will support the business in the adoption of productive work demand.

Some more about the role:

Form part of the data collection team and be responsible for data transformation
Support data accuracy and integrity
Lead data analysis and insights
Collaboration and gap Identification
Cross-functional collaboration within WFM
Support in the clear communication and reporting of data.
Work with the Labour Model Manager on labour model maintenance
Review business processes and productivity measurement
Lead insight in to process optimisation.
Stakeholder education
Labour standards production
Support measurement studies
Preferred Skills and/or Training:

Experience designing, building, and maintaining data processing pipelines and reports.
Workforce Management knowledge
Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and data segmentation techniques
Highly proficient in Microsoft applications particularly excel.
Excellent analytical and organisation skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Great communication skills (presentations, documents, emails)
