Person Specification – KS2 Teaching Assistant – Ealing Broadway
The following points are essential to the role;
-excellent communication skills, both written and oral
-able to look at a problem and produce creative solutions
-able to deal sensitively with students concerns and issues
-understanding of possible reasons for difficult behaviour and a range of strategies to deal with this
The KS2 Teaching Assistant must also be willing to attend ASD courses leading to a knowledge of ASD and its implications for individual students.
