Person Specification
The successful applicant will be a creative Year 3 Teacher who has a history of ‘Good’ or better teaching and 1 year of solid teaching experience. The ideal individual should be able to promote high expectations and lead from the front from day one. The right applicant will have the ability to create fun and effective lessons and a knack for alleviating potentially disruptive situations. The school wants teachers who can cultivate a positive learning environment and understand the best way to communicate with pupils.

About the Role
As a Year 3 Teacher your role will involve you teaching a mixed-ability Year 3 class of 30 children. In this post you will be using the school’s impressive resources, such as Soft play areas, to deliver ‘Outstanding’ lessons on a consistent basis. As a new Primary Teacher you can expect to be assigned a mentor ‘Outstanding’ teacher who will advise you on the best approach to take with your new class. Part of your role will include teaching with the latest school resources, including audio sensory rooms, giving you a modern and dynamic setting in which to deliver exceptional lessons. Day-to-day, you will be giving an aspiring teacher the best chance possible by helping them develop good teaching practice as your TA.
