Registered Manager Domiciliary Care
Office based working in our Telford office – £35,000 to £40,000 per annum with an agreed bonus structure.

Reporting into the Regional Director, this role is about supporting our service users and accountability for our fantastic domiciliary delivery. This includes leading a team of wonderful coordinators, team leaders and HCA’s, we are looking for a dynamic leader who will continue to grow this important part of our business and continue with the fantastic service approach we currently deliver.
About you
- You are a confident individual who inspires the people around them with a “can do” positive attitude.
- You have demonstrable evidence of change management
- You have a successful background within running a successful domiciliary project
- You have extensive experience of working in a CQC regulated environment
- You have successfully implemented new packages of care
- You are an experienced leader with previous management experience, preferably in the health and social care sector
- You have a strong understanding of the successful delivery of budgeted growth
- You have working knowledge of the current commissioning environment, current funding streams that is related to
- Health and Social Care
- You have strong personality that wants to guild their team and improve the lives of the individuals we support
