Market leaders in the field, Willowbrook Mobility Direct part of the Kingswood Mobility Group are seeking to add more like-minded, self-driven Direct Sales Agents to our quickly growing company.

In this significant and gratifying sector, we are currently enjoying our 26th consecutive year.

You will be paid on a commission-only basis for all successful sales completed with quick pay out on a weekly basis.

What you’ll be doing

As a Willowbrook Direct Sales Agent, you will visit appointments scheduled by our internal team of Sales Coordinators at customers’ homes, providing a home demonstration of either a Bespoke Rise and Recliner Chair, Adjustable Bed, or Bath Lift.

· Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments.

· To properly provide the suitable product after carefully considering the needs of the customer.

· Educating clients about the goods and services provided while being adaptable.

What we’re looking for

· A full UK Driving Licence and DBS check is mandatory.

· Proactive and focused on outcomes

· Accommodating of varying workloads and working schedules

· Being able to consistently deliver excellent customer service

· If possible, experience in a Direct Sales Agent Role

· A vehicle (preferably a van) to accommodate mobile demonstration kit, including a Rise and Recliner Chair, Demo Bed Frame and Mattress and a Bath Lift.

You will be invited to our head office for a three-day training session to learn how to thoroughly understand the products and feel secure using your current and developing sales skills to confidently market them to our customers.

· You will receive position-specific training, as well as a factory visit, to assist you in realising your full sales potential and earning the highest commission available.
