Based in the Thames Water region

A Key Account Manager with experience of pumps or similar rotating equipment is required for a busy manufacturer. Acting as the main point of contact you will be responsible for nurturing and retaining business within the Thames Water region.

Key responsibilities will include:
Retaining top customers and growing revenue.
Develop a deep understanding of target customers needs and requirements in order to sell more effectively.
Build solid, sustaining and trusted relationships with key clients that optimises revenue.
Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet deadlines for fulfilment of each clients goals.
Enhance the company’s reputation and explore opportunities to add value.
Ensure client satisfaction and delivery of exceptional client service.

Candidates will ideally be Degree quailed with a proven background in Sales Management / Key Account Management. You will have experience of pumps or closely related rotating equipment markets. Experience of working within the water industry or utilities would also be beneficial.

This role can be home based for candidates who can easily travel within the Thames Water region.
