Hours of Work: 40 per week (Mon – Fri 8:00AM – 5:00PM)

JOB CONTENT

• Experience of using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Degree qualified or Equivalent preferred.
• Ideally minimum of 5 years’ experience as a QS.
• Preferred experience in Built Environment Sector.
• Previous experienced with a contractor ideal.
• Full driving licence.
• Capable of managing multiple subcontract packages.
• Contractual understanding and background.
• Forecasting/CVRs.
• Experience of using ERP systems such as Coins ideal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised, able to self-motivate and manage a busy and varied workload.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Undertaking Invoicing and Application for Payments to clients.
• Managing all value aspects of contracts.
• Will be working in a team of 4, Consisting of Assistant QS and Senior QS. Reporting to a Commercial Managerwithin the Business Unit.
