Senior Project Manager – Transmission OHL

Keltbray transmission is one of the leading specialist providers of overhead line and sub-station services to the UK.

In the Transmission market we deliver construction and refurbishment projects up to 275kV, and Distribution substation refurbishment works to 33kv.

Due to a number a big project wins and a very healthy-looking order book for 2023 we are looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities.

To support in the winning of several projects in accordance with the Plan
Responsible for overall profit and loss of both standard and complex projects.
Ensure delivery of the project is on time, to the highest standards quality.
Maintain a collaborative working environment.
Skills and Experience.

Previous experience working at Management level.
Management and Delivery of Overhead Line, Cabling or Substation schemes up to 400kv
Proven track record in tendering and managing standard/complex/major projects including sub-contractors.
Strong People Management skills
Commercial awareness with knowledge or both budgetary and financial control.
Ability to work across conflicting interest groups to develop solutions to complex operational and commercial problems.
Comfortable with ambiguity, able to tease out sensitive issues and lead cross-functional teams towards solutions.
