Junior UX Designer Ecommerce

UX Designer – London – £30k to £34k acc to experience.

Our client is an extablished and growing national retail business

They currently have a requirement for a UX designer with 1-3 years experience to join their team, in either London or Rotherham

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work in a fun and dynamic environement and take their career to the next level. You need to have strong UX skills, but at the same time a real focus on optimisation rather than necessarily having a desire to focus on creative web design

You will need to have the following experience and skills;

Proven UX / web customer journey experience across the whole value chain (from traffic generation to customer service) (1 to 3 years)
Full proficiency with Google Analytics (or other web analytics solutions) and with A/B testing and /or multivariate testing (MVT)
Good technical understanding and be confident with working across departments (IT, marketing, trading) and liaising with third parties
Previous ecommerce experience and strong commercial acumen (sales, profit, conversion)
Excellent project management skills, and demonstrable ability of turning analysis and reports into insights and driving effective change.
A strong ability and desire to keep up with competitors – and innovate to surpass customer satisfaction and over achieve business goals
Solid presentation and writing skills (analysis & commentary in reports), ability to train people and evangelize around fact based User Experience insights especially within category management and trading teamsMultichannel Retail experience (Desirable)
