Junior Technical Account Manager
We are looking for a Junior Technical Account Manager. This is a great opportunity as our client believes good account management is about forming great relationships and ensuring their clients are happy, not flogging them things they don’t need! There are no sales targets in this role.
The role is for a Technical Account Manager to help us continue to provide outstanding Apple services to our clients; the role is a mix between forming close relationships with your accounts and having a strong technical knowledge to ensure you can assess, critique, and advise your clients technically.

What are we looking for:
* Someone early in their technology career interested in moving into the less technical side of the industry (our account management team all have worked as Apple hardware technicians)
* Someone early in their account manager/BDM career who loves tech!
* The ability to plan ahead and prioritise.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Be driven and enthusiastic
