A Fantastic opportunity for a Junior Software Developer/Engineer to join a small team of developers and testers maintaining our market-leading digital product.

* Collaborate with the Service Desk engineers for triage, escalation of our support tickets.
* Provide 3rd line support regarding investigation, analysis of escalated support tickets, determine which tickets to take into the maintenance team and which to escalate.
* Develop workarounds, root cause fixes to resolve escalated issues.
* Work within an agile development environment.
* A Junior Software Developer/Engineer with a keen interest in best practice approaches to designing and developing the very best software solutions, the right individual will be more interested in the solution than the technology stack and is enthused by resolving customer issues.
* The Junior Software Developer/Engineer will be a quick learner, enthused by exposure to a cross-section of technologies that will enable you to work effectively across the entire product. Technologies include: Javascript, Typescript, AngularJS, React, Node, PHP, MongoDB (NoSQL), Docker.
