Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
Junior Quantity Surveyor, Bedfordshire
Our client are a long established, privately owned contractor based in Bedfordshire
They undertake general contracting schemes including education, healthcare, leisure and commercial throughout the Home Counties
Due to growth they are currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor
They have a solid client base and great working relationships, built upon their ethos to work with clients to achieve the best results. Clients call them to ask them to work on their schemes

The role – Junior Quantity Surveyor
As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be assisting on general contracting schemes in the region of £1-5m, both new build and refurbishment
You will have the full support of a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager
You will be site based close to MIlton Keynes for the majority of the time, on a new build commercial scheme set to run till Christmas
The right person – Junior Quantity Surveyor
You will have some form of construction qualification and will be looking to build a career in Quantity Surveying
Working hours 8-5
In return you will receive a salary of up to 25k + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays tailored career / progression plan and flexible working
