Isleworth, Greater London £24,000 – £28,000

A well respected and established leader in the manufacture of highly precision machined components for various industry sectors including Aerospace and Medical. The company is looking to grow and develop their workforce within their up to date modern facility. You will be supported with on-going mentoring and training as appropriate.
Job Profile
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for upholding and setting quality standards in line with customer standards and practices in all aspects of the companies work and to ensure a timely dispatch of products through efficient delegation and prioritisation of work and tasks.
Duties
* Inspection of precision parts using conventional measurement equipment and CMMs
* Ensure accuracy of dimensions and tolerances stated upon drawings
* Check accuracy of all documentation relating to products
* Programme and set CMM and other equipment to ensure that products conform to requirements. (training will be provided)
* 1st offs and Final inspections.
* Work to AS9100 and ISO9001 standards
* Involved in all supplier and customer returns
Skills & Experience
* Educated in Engineering to diploma level
* Proficient in the use of hand measurement tools.
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Knowledge of precision engineering
Hours & Benefits
* Days 40 hours per week
* 07.30 – 16.30 Monday – Thursday, Friday 13.30 finish
