Junior Project Manager
We are an electrical contractor looking to employ a junior Project manager to run projects up to £1,000,000.
Based at our offices in Ealing, West London.
We supply to high end shop fitting, High end residential and offices in and around the central London Area. Although we are based in Ealing when projects are running they are expected to travel into town to oversee works there on a weekly basis.
The job involves:
– Estimating from Tenders, including all take off’s from drawings and contacting Specialists as listed in the tender to include their prices within our tender return.
– Running a complete project from start to finish including all materials orders, finances, raising all RAMS relevant for the project.
– Delivering the project to the end including issuing of all NICEIC certs and O& M Manuals.
