Junior Product Management Executive
We are working with a major company located in the North West for Product Management Executive who will support the business in delivering product excellence and in developing new customer-focused product initiatives across the portfolio to drive market share, sales, and margin growth.
Salary: £26,000 – £27,600
Responsibilities:
Product Management
- To Manage a strong product portfolio
- Train and support commercial teams on new products and features
- Create content (sales collateral, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.) to share product benefits and customer success with the world
- Develop and manage tools, content, and resources that enable the sales team to be more efficient and effective
- Supervise, control, and manage the assigned product group with regards to margin, sales, costs
- Perform competitive and market research and keep the company up to date on trends and analyses to help us win more customers
- Test, measure, and optimize product marketing activities to have the greatest impact on the organisation
Product Support:
- Work with Product Managers to create new literature and tools to improve sales team effectiveness
- Support Product Managers with online & offline training ensuring exceptional stakeholder satisfaction
- Development, execution & tracking of stakeholder product knowledge testing.
- Be responsible for post-market surveillance about new product introductions & report findings to Product Managers
- Work with the Product Managers to brief any new product requirements, and support with NPD
Communication:
Maintain website content & other software platforms.
Manage social media platform for the assigned category including post & blog writing, tracking, and reporting.
Organisation, planning & execution of webinars with post-webinar reporting
Analyse and monitor both International and UK market trends and maintain competitive and Industry surveillance to keep up to date with the market and share reporting with the team.
Creative:
Manipulation of existing online/offline marketing assets to suit different market conditions
Photography and vidoegraphy, animation development, and video editing development
Participation in video & photographic footage
Development of stakeholder communications (writing copy & design)
Ad-hoc requests requiring design skillset
Development of e-shots (.pdfs & via software packages currently subscribed to), tracking success & reporting.
General:
- Contribution to monthly report & weekly traction updates
- Assist in the preparation of and any following actions for trade events
- Raising and tracking Purchase Orders
- Support Global Marketing activity on various internal & external activities as and when requested as well as supporting with ideas.
- To have an awareness of Health and Safety issues and be responsible for creating a safe environment, ensuring that all activities comply with Health and Safety procedures and guidelines
- To actively participate in all Company communications initiatives including team meetings and staff briefings as required

Requirements:
Skills & Experience:
- Preferably educated to marketing degree level and with some marketing experience would be an advantage
- Understanding of the full marketing mix
- Hands-on approach
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Adobe Premiere Pro
- Excellent writing skills
- A self-starter, full of enthusiasm, new ideas, and ready to bring energy to the team, always striving for excellence
- A highly motivated person who enjoys working in a faced-paced industry & adapts well to change.
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Strong relationship building skills across both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to speak another language is useful
