The Oho Group is an established and respected consultancy that offers a range of specialist services to a broad spectrum of clients and candidates within the IT, Electronic Engineering, Finance and Consultancy sectors. Due to our continued growth and success over previous years, we are looking to hire a Junior Marketing and Operations Assistant to assist in the increasing workload of the Operations Team.

We are looking for someone who is creative and can take initiative in designing and implementing new marketing strategies, as well as assisting in the day to day running of the business.

Here are a few things you’ll be getting up to:

The job will involve taking over the management of our Social Media accounts, managing the community, finding interesting and relevant content to engage our market, and working on specific campaigns to increase our brands visibility.

You will be required to conduct specific research projects to make proposals for improving our existing, and add further marketing lines. You will also work on creating industry reports for distribution to our clients.

We run a number of client focus events each year and you will be involved in the research and development of forthcoming events. This will involve research possible venues, content and guest speakers and general logistics.

You will assist the Operations team in the day to day running of the office, including office management, IT support, recruitment of internal hires, including running assessment days and onboarding and assisting in the creation and delivery of office events.

You will have:

2.1 or above in Marketing, Business or Administration

Ideally commercial experience of marketing or running social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
