Salary: £26,400 per year
My client is Europe’s leading independent provider of Managed Print Services. They are currently seeking a Junior IT Technician / Hardware Engineer to work predominately on a client site in Cardiff.
The purpose of the Junior IT Technician / Hardware Engineer is to provide first line support for 27 MFDs and 60 printers with the aim to be competently trained within 6 – 12 months.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel and may have to spend time away from home for training.

Responsibilities – Junior IT Technician / Hardware Engineer
Responsibilities will include replacing toner, removing jams as well as overseeing installs, moves and collections. For more complex fixes support would be provided by one of the field based engineer covering the region.
Essential Requirements – Junior IT Technician / Hardware Engineer
• Need to be computer literate with basic IT skills or at least an interest in IT
• Must have a professional demeanour and will be required to wear business attire as this is a customer facing role

Up to £26,400 per annum depending on experience + benefits
