Junior Internal IT Systems Support

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established engineering company as they are looking to recruit a Junior Internal IT Systems Support person.
It is essential you have a relevant qualification and/or some proven experience within a similar role. But, above all you have to have a keen desire to learn and interest in all things technical within a corporate environment, such as: 

– Setting up and configuring new and existing laptops and desktops
– Investigating, diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults
– Systems networks, printers, scanners, telephone systems
– Maintaining records of software licenses
– Providing support for MAC and PCs

Wide area networks
Routers and firewalls
Apple desk/laptops/phones
Desk and mobile telephony

Training and support will be provided, but you have to prove your technical interest and work experience.
