Junior / Intermediate Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer

With over 25 years experience this national M&E engineering practice work with a diverse range of clients. Having experienced a huge increase in work recently they are looking to add a few more design engineers to their in house design team.

The Role:
Reporting into the building services senior associate you will be working at an junior to intermediate level with the main responsibility being to support the senior engineers.
You will be involved in the design of mechanical building services including: Air Conditioning Systems, Ventilation Systems (supply and extract), Hot and Cold Water Services, Heating Services, Drainage Systems and Heat Recovery Systems using software including AutoCad and Hevacomp.
This consultancy who have experienced a consistent increase over the past few years so there is huge room for growth.

The Person:
It is essential that you have some experience of detailed design of mechanical building services, have used industry standard design/calc softwares in a previous role and preferably a building services related HNC.

The Salary:
£21,000 – £26,000 plus pension & 23 days holidays
