Mazars is a successful and forward-thinking international organisation that provides its customers with high quality audit, accounting, tax and legal advisory services. They are now looking for a Junior Insolvency Administrator to join their team.

Within an open and innovative environment, you’ll receive great training, as well as ongoing support from an experienced team to ensure that you succeed in your role.

As a Junior Insolvency Administrator, you’ll be tasked with providing a high level of support to the Restructuring Services Team.

Assisting with insolvency investigations, you’ll set up new cases, creditors and debtors on Mazars’ internal system and prepare a variety of paperwork.

Drafting up routine correspondence, you’ll organise initial notices for the Registrar of Companies, the courts, as well as advertisements and creditor reports. Additionally, you’ll prepare notices for final meetings, including Managers’ comments on case-specific issues.

Your other duties will involve:

– Submitting VAT and corporate tax returns once investigations are complete
– Arranging the control and custody of company records
– Taking minutes at statutory meetings

Interested? To be considered, you must have:

– Experience of working in an office environment
– A good level of IT literacy, including MS Office

As a Junior Insolvency Administrator, you must have excellent planning and prioritisation abilities. Great presentation and communication skills are also key, as is a strong work ethic.

Previous corporate recovery experience would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of IPS software.
