We’re now recruiting for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to produce visual solutions communicating tactical and brand messages to our customers. You’ll work on a number of partner campaigns which involve both digital and offline. Using your excellent design skills and natural creative flair, you’ll produce everything from digital banners to shop creative and brochures, while working closely with your colleagues across Marketing, SEO and Product
This role is based in our Kingston office, on a hybrid basis, working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
Job Accountabilities
- Work accurately to a brief delivered by our Marketing Team to develop creative for online and offline media including advertising campaigns, brochures, direct mail, printed material, emails, digital banners and shop creative.
- Share accountability for the turnover and performance of design solutions and seek feedback on the success of campaigns
- Manage your workload and liaise with our Graphic Designer and Marketing Team to ensure we meet our deadlines
- Work with a wide range of design software applications including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Acrobat (HTML is a bonus but not essential)
- Use your initiative and flair to develop new creative concepts
- Seek feedback on all creative and use this in development of new activity
- Stay up to speed with industry trends and key competitors
To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Experience using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Acrobat (HTML experience is desirable, but not essential)
- Able to create and understand job specifications.
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent visual creative skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Confident to contribute ideas and join in with creative discussions about concepts, campaigns or designs
- Able to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
