We run our Training Academy in Prague where we teach entry level (trainees) recruitment enthusiasts how to become professional headhunters. Trainign involves intense sessions on empathy, communication, learning about the industry, negotiation, sales, advert writing, headhunting and more. The role of Junior Account Manager is no different.

You will start in our Training Academy in Prague to learn all the important skills to become a successful consultant. The only difference is you already have a client. No need to do active business development, our client is British Government. You will be maintaining relationships by working closely on roles in Home Office, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Defence. Ideally you will be an ex military individual or somebody with basic knowledge of the government structures.

Opportunity is unique as we are well established and you can develop, grow and succeed with us! After achieving certain level of performance (6 to 12 months) you will be able to choose your location. We have offices in Prague, London, Portsmouth and Zug (Switzerland).

The rewards: as it is purely meritocratic environment after first year you could be expecting to make £26,000 – £36,000 per year and next years it goes up to £30,000 to £45,000.
