TPT2066 Junior Account Manager
My client is a well established business providing an excellent service to their customers. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a graduate or college leaver with at least 6 months experience working in an office either in admin or sales. This is an office based role offering career progression within a progressive local company.
The role will include with full training:-
* Building strong relationships with your client base
* Conducting rate reviews when required
* Fault diagnosis and resolution (training provided)
* Understanding the customers needs
* Resolving billing issues
They are looking for a person who would like a career with them, full training on their product range provided. The company value their staff and provide excellent working conditions.
