Joinery Estimator
Our long term Client is looking for an experienced Estimator with Joinery experience to work in their beautifully refurbished offices close to Epping. This role is due to expansion and requires a good knowledge within the Joinery/Fit Out sector of Construction
You will be joining a great Team within an established and growing business based in a beautiful location and premises worthy of the West End.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in estimating ideally from a Carpentry/Joinery/Fit Out background along with the following:
Joinery Estimator Role
* ·Experience in preparing tenders.
* ·Experience of reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications.
* ·Excellent IT and computer skills including Microsoft office.
* ·Good standard of mathematical ability.
* ·Experience of controlling costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
* ·Good professional telephone skills
* ·Ability to work as part of a small team and under your initiative when required.
* ·Well organised with excellent time management.
* ·Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously.
* ·A valid UK Driving License due to location of this role this is a necessity
Salary negotiable for the right person in the range of up to 50k plus pension and healthcare
