The Company:
Our client is a fast growing web-based company.

Main duties:
To bring expertise to Clients towards integrating in-house products to their existing website

The Role:
– Provide technical mentoring & support to prospective clients in evaluation & Beta phases.
– Work with clients to integrate in-house developed products to their systems
– Write custom CSS/Javascript/HTML and knows PHP to ensure implementations match the look-and-feel of client websites.
– Help clients build custom integrations using in-house API.
– Provide product & service support to Account Management, Sales & Marketing staff by providing fast,
– Answer integration and technical questions from potential and existing clients.
– Participate in RFP responses and solution proposals with other Sales staff.
– Run demonstrations and classes to teach people how to use developed products, embeds and API

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English, Spanish & Italian (written and spoken)
– Candidates with either Spanish or Italian will also be considered
– Experience in customer service and client communication
– Working knowledge of CSS, Javascript, HTML and PHP.
– Familiarity with JSON/XML APIs.
– The ability to self-manage, stay organized, meet deadlines.
– An understanding of the CSS cascade when dealing with multiple style sheets & inline styles.
– Experience in teaching, training, instructional design, or educational administration preferred.
– Passionate about the Industry – Excellent Communication skills

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 pa + £10k Bonus
