Heads-up:We are looking to speak with client facing IT / Software focussed candidates with the relevant skills to install our hotel management software and train clients. A background in software installation and IT training is paramount.

An exciting opportunity for an IT Trainer / Software Installer to work for a fun, dynamic, software development company specialising in hotel management solutions based in Bristol.

You will have good planning and organisational skills, be capable of analytical/conceptual thinking; and have previous experience of facilitating training activities with individuals or small groups. Your high work ethic level will enable you to learn, in detail, the company’s suite of exciting products in a short timeframe. Your training delivery should be clear, confident, informative, engaging and professional. You should have a passion for teaching others.

IT Trainer / Software Installer Main role:

> To install the company’s products at the clients’ site.
> Configuration of the software in accordance the client’s business requirements.
> Preparing, co-ordinating and delivering high quality training courses on the company’s solutions.

This a mixed and varied role, and is a great opportunity to work with new technologies, receive on going skills development and join an expanding company at an exciting phase of its development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills and have good knowledge and technical understanding of:

> TCP/IP networking (including DNS/DHCP)
> Windows Operating Systems and Server
> Microsoft SQL Server

The role is based out of the company’s Bristol offices, however there is frequently UK wide travel to customer sites including overnight stays during the week.

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Software Installer, Software Trainer, Software Support Technician, IT Support Engineer, Field IT Engineer, Software Installation Consultant, CRM Installer / Trainer.
