Technical Team Leader – Cambridgeshire
My client, a leading IT services organisation, are seeking a technical team leader to join their team based in Cambridgeshire. The role is a hands-on technical opportunity that will also involve team leading responsibilities. It will be providing technical support as well as maintenance of systems. Technologies include; Microsoft (active directory, Window Server, Exchange), Cisco, VMware, HP Blade servers.
The role will be working in a shift-rota so will require the candidate to be flexible on a 24/7 operation. Standard working hours would be 7am-7pm for the day time and 7pm-7am for the night shifts.
Technical requirements;
– Experience of technical support across a number of the following; Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, Cisco, Citrix, VMware
– HP technologies – Blade Servers, HP Storage (3PAR, EVA) (highly desirable)
– Previous experience of team leading or management (highly desirable)
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Flexibility to work in an out-of-hours shift rota
Salary on offer is £39,600 (including shift allowance) + benefits
