Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year
Interaction IT Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a talented IT Networks Manager to join our leading client based in Peterborough.
Main responsibility
• Manage, support and develop direct reports
• Support the business in moving forward communication and IT processes
• Ensure that the network and all IT related equipment and systems are functioning efficiently
• Make appropriate upgrades to the systems and software (incl. Database and website)
The IT Services Manager has split responsibilities where they are required to spend a large proportion of their time personally working on the IT systems to make developments and resolve any issues. In addition to this they are responsible for the day-to-day management of the employees within the department including performance and conduct management and team development meetings.
