IT Field Technician / Microsoft / Support / 2nd Line

Our client are a rapidly expanding IT support company, specialising in the Education field. Due to expansion they are recruiting for two new members of the team.

This role is for an ICT Field Technician – £18k-24k – and PRP via incentive scheme.

Experience within the EDUCATION FIELD is essential.

1st and 2nd line support experience.
Server 2003-2012
Active Directory
ipad management
Ability to plan, support and manage a full network for Education.
Manage workload, self-motivated and commitment to a role.
Outstanding communication skills and must fall into the 3P’s
Professional, Proactive and Personable
