Job Description

The IT Delivery Manager is key to bringing Elior’s Customer Technology strategy to life and making it successful, to ensure Elior remains market-leading in it’s approach to digital innovation. You will manage multiple concurrent deliveries and provide cradle to grave management of all digital, retail and other frontline systems and underlying technology infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing…

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage implementation of new systems, processes, & initiatives.
  • Manage all systems, infrastructure, & delivery roadmap used by the respective business function(s) at Elior UK.
  • Deliver IT solutions to meet business requirements in agreed budgets & timescales.
  • Monitor & analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are being met throughout the implementation process.
  • Proactively manage risks associated with projects and implementations.
  • Support business impact assessment & business change related to new IT solutions.
  • Implement Customer Technology at sites including pre-launch training, implementation plan, team engagement, point of sale & customer communications.
  • Continuously scan market and competition for Customer Technology innovation & new practices.
  • Work with Elior Technology teams & Customer Technology application providers to optimize systems for efficient operational-usage.
  • Work with sector-specific menu managers to ensure all recipes & menus required for the smooth functioning of the Customer Technology applications are complete.
  • Work with the menu management and operations teams to ensure an appropriate flow of information and structure.

What can you bring?

  • Complete Technology project lifecycle experience in managing e-commerce, websites, mobile applications, Point of Sale (EPOS), Recipe and Menu Management systems from concept to delivery.
  • Use of various facilitation methods to elicit requirements whilst challenging the status quo and proposing improvements.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse Technology team via matrix management.
  • Proven experience of working closely and successfully with stakeholders to deliver Technology solutions which meet business requirements.
  • Confidence in managing budgets and commercial aspects of projects.
  • Management of 3rd party Technology partners to deliver functional development and projects.
  • Experience of working within a mixed (in-house, third party, outsourced) Technology environment with complex Technology hierarchy.
  • Prior experience of business analysis or project management in relation to Technology solutions in at least one of the following business sectors Education, Healthcare, Catering and Hospitality and Retail.
  • Experience training teams on processes/systems/activations
  • Ability to form strong cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills at all level
