IT Administrator – 2 Years Fixed Term
Are you well organised, confident with computers and great with people Fairhive Homes are looking for an IT Team member to join our busy and friendly team!
Fairhive Homes is a non-profit affordable housing provider with ambition. We already provide affordable housing to more than 20,000 people in our community but we want to do more. Thatโs why we are striving to provide 1,000 additional homes by 2025.
As an IT Administrator (Projects) at Fairhive you can expect a varied workload and to be a valued member of our team, providing administrative support, essential to the smooth running of the business.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised administrator with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to provide essential administrative support to the IT team.
On the Job you will:ยท
- Provide administrative and clerical support services for the Agile IT Project
- Assist in the setting up and testing of new systems
About You
Weโre looking for someone who can take ownership of a variety of administration tasks and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers.
For this role you will need:
Good computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and experience in an administration role.
You will have educated to GCSE Level or equivalent including English and Maths
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
- good communication skills both verbal and writtenยท

- strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritiseยท
- the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team,ยท
- practical problem solving skillsยท
