AUDITOR – Quality, Environment and Health & Safety
Northern Ireland – home based
Salary dependant on experience + company car, 10% bonus, Private medical, pension, 23 – 27 days holidays + annual salary reviews and options to increase package with further Lead auditor certifications

We are looking to recruit an ISO Auditor to be home based covering Northern Ireland. My client is a global leader providing testing, inspection, audit and certification services for organisations looking to gain quality management systems and standards.
You will be required to plan and conduct professional management system audits within quality, environmental and Health & Safety, ensuring compliance and standards are being achieved in each client.
This fantastic opportunity will suit someone with a significant amount of practical experience in managing ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 either in industry as part of a quality role, or as a 3rd party auditor with a competitor. You will ideally have experience within either construction, engineering, manufacturing or Highway Sector Schemes (HSS).

Key Accountabilities

* Conduct audits 1st, 2nd stage, surveillance and re-certification audits in NI, with occasional travel to R.O.I
* Provide accurate and timely reporting as required to assist the planning and management of operations
* Manage personal schedule to work efficiently
* Enhance client satisfaction and ensure compliance with standards
* Carry out internal audits of individual auditors, functions or offices to ensure internal compliance with relevant standards

In order to be successful in this role, you will be required to have the following skills and experience;

* Excellent working knowledge of management systems, standards and compliance/auditing techniques
* At least 2-3 years practical hands on experience of managing an IMS or ISO 9001,14001 and/or OHSAS 18001 within either construction, engineering, manufacturing or highways ideally
* Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
* Willingness to learn and adapt to change – committed to continuous personal and professional development
* Someone who is able to engage with clients in a professional yet relaxed, non-confrontational manner will be ideal
