iOS Game Developer

My client a leading social gaming studio based in Brighton is currently in need of an iOS Developer for a 6 month contract to start as soon as possible.

The candidate should be passionate about native application development, gaming, and up to date with current technologies and best practices.

Skype/phone interview slots are available on Friday this week.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

2 years iOS experience

Xcode key frameworks (UIkit, Core data, QuartzCore)

Unity

Objective C/Cocoa

Good coding standard and ability to encapsulate and document their work for others to build on

A solid understanding of OOP, analysis and design

Good scoping/estimation skills for project planning

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Game development experience

Exposure with Android and Java code

Experience of continuous integration and Jenkins

Experience of Phonegap and related hybrid technologies

Experience with Corona SDK

The advertised position is for an initial 6 month contract position, that can be undertaken via remote working for the right candidate
