We have an exciting new opportunity for an Investigations Officer to join our team in Harlow! Reporting directly to the Field Audit Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with police enquiries that come into the group, logging all enquiries and assisting the wider team to ensure all reports are checked and updated regularly.
What you will be doing:
* Ensuring all cash receipts are audited in accordance with written guidelines and cross checked across all Marston systems
* Ensuring receipt books are logged and accounted for by regular audits of spreadsheets
* Assisting with investigations and compiling reports
* Liaising with police and other investigative bodies
* Ensuring compliance with all current and future legislation and all internal company policies and procedures
* Liaising directly with other internal areas of the business
* Dealing with telephone calls/queries from Enforcement Agents, other departments, and complaints in a timely efficient and polite manner
* Providing support and information to the team
* Ensuring the Field Audit Manager is updated on a weekly basis
What we are looking for:
* Confidence in using MS Excel
* Excellent written and oral communication at all levels
* Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to analyse data
