The Role
An immediate opportunity exists for a Technical Sales/Marketing Assistant to join a successful sales team, supporting the quotation process, order delivery and sales development function. You will be required to interpret customer requirements (with the support of the Commercial Manager and/or Engineering team), being the first point of contact for technical sales enquiries, so understanding technical specifications is essential. Account management of new and existing customers, promoting long term client relationships, is essential so strong communication skills both written and oral is key.

The Candidate
You should have proven tele-sales and marketing capabilities, and be a confident speaker over the telephone. You should have experience of working in technical sales or engineering environment, with attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. A degree related to Engineering, Mathematics, or Computing subjects or technical background is preferred. Advanced use of Power-point, Excel and Word skills are essential.

The Package
The salary on offer for this role is £27,600 – £32,400. Benefits include, 25 days holiday, pension scheme. You will also have the chance to work within a fast moving and expanding company that believes in encouraging personal and professional growth.
